What can I expect?
Thank you for joining us. We hope you feel welcome and right at home at Riverside. If you are looking to get connected here at church we have many things taking place throughout the week. Plan to take part where you can get to know others and grow in your relationship with God.
If you’d like to meet with a pastor we’d be more than happy to do so. Just email the church office and request a meeting. We’d love to meet with you over a cup of coffee or tea (on us), answer any questions you may have, and just get to know you better!
On Sundays you’ll experience a casual service with contemporary music meant to glorify Jesus. We put a lot of emphasis on teaching the Bible and we study through it verse by verse and chapter by chapter. These studies are meant to examine and explore God’s Word and apply its truths to our daily living.
We have a great children’s program that takes place after our worship time during our services. We take a break after worship where parents can take their kids to their appropriate age groups and we have a staffed nursery as well. During the break you can take some time to grab a cup of coffee and say hi to a person or two.
We also have Wednesday Night Fellowship where we gather to reconnect and have a time of worship, prayer and study on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of the month. On the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays we have Home Groups where we enjoy getting to know one another, and God’s Word, more.
