John 19:17-42 – It Is Finished

At the crucifixion of Jesus three of the most wonderful words were heard: “It is finished”. Through the cross, Jesus paid the penalty for our sin, the work is done! He did for us what we were unable to do for ourselves. And now we get to rest in the life He gives us freely – eternal life in Christ!
