It’s pretty clear, when you read it straight through like the
letter was originally written, isn’t it? Preach the Word, preach all scripture, preach doctrine, reproof, correction, righteousness. Paul is reminding and encouraging his student or apprentice, Timothy, what the central calling of his ministry is to stay focused and not sidetracked.
